Ce rôle exige un haut degré de collaboration avec les parties prenantes mondiales et régionales pour garantir que les services TI sont fournis selon les normes les plus élevées.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsabilités principales</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Gouvernance de la sécurité et des risques :</strong> Mettre en œuvre les bases de la cybersécurité pour l'ensemble des services d'infrastructure et d'application. Coordonner les activités de « première ligne de défense », gérer les rapports sur les risques cybernétiques et s'assurer que tous les contrôles internes et tiers sont rigoureusement respectés.</li><li><strong>Excellence du service :</strong> Diriger les fonctions de gestion des services d'application et d'infrastructure, en assumant la responsabilité de la gestion des incidents, des problèmes et des changements afin de minimiser les interruptions opérationnelles.</li><li><strong>Audit et conformité :</strong> Diriger les efforts de préparation aux audits, en veillant à ce que toute la documentation, les contrôles et les mesures de remédiation soient à jour et répondent aux normes internationales.</li><li><strong>Direction opérationnelle :</strong> Gérer le budget des services et superviser la performance des fournisseurs tiers pour garantir la rentabilité et le respect des ententes de niveau de service (SLA).</li><li><strong>Mentorat d'équipe :</strong> Diriger, inspirer et perfectionner une équipe de professionnels techniques de haut niveau, en favorisant une culture de responsabilité et d'innovation.</li></ul><p><br></p>
