<p>Project Manager</p><p>Niagara Region, ON</p><p>Our client, a growing heavy civil construction contractor, is seeking an experienced <strong>Project Manager</strong> to lead municipal infrastructure, underground servicing, earthworks, and road construction projects across Southwestern Ontario.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a project professional who enjoys balancing field operations, client relationships, project execution, and team coordination while working on impactful infrastructure projects.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage heavy civil construction projects from award through closeout</li><li>Oversee watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, road reconstruction, and site servicing projects</li><li>Coordinate project activities with field crews, foremen, superintendents, consultants, municipalities, and subcontractors</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans</li><li>Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and contract administration</li><li>Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and operational challenges</li><li>Attend site meetings and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships</li><li>Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget</li><li>Support procurement and subcontractor management activities</li><li>Promote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>4+ years of Project Management experience within heavy civil construction</li><li>Experience managing municipal infrastructure, underground servicing, watermain, sewer, earthworks, or road construction projects</li><li>Strong understanding of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications, and contracts</li><li>Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project teams</li></ul><p>Compensation Based on Experience </p><ul><li>100,000-120,000</li><li>annual bonus</li><li>health and dental benefits</li><li>RSP matching </li><li>company vehicle </li></ul><p><br></p>
