HRIS Analyst
<p>Our client, a highly diversified real estate development organization, is looking for a HRIS Analyst to lead the continuous improvement of its Workday environment.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to serve as the internal Workday expert and collaborate closely with teams across HR, Payroll, Finance, and broader business operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee Workday configuration, maintenance, enhancements, business processes, workflows, releases, and continuous improvement across HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, and Compensation.</li><li>Manage Workday security, access, data integrity, privacy, and governance, including routine audits.</li><li>Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and workforce analytics to support business decision-making.</li><li>Support Workday integrations, troubleshooting, testing, implementations, and enhancements in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, provide training and support, and promote system adoption and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.</li><li>3–5+ years of experience in Workday administration, HRIS, or a Workday Analyst role.</li><li>Solid knowledge of Workday configuration and HR business process design.</li><li>Hands-on experience supporting Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, and Core HCM.</li><li>Familiarity with Workday security setup and report development.</li><li>Strong Excel capabilities and analytical skills.</li><li>Effective communicator with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently.</li></ul><p>If this sounds like the role is for you, please apply today!
