<p>Our client is seeking an experienced <strong>Plant Controller</strong> to join a manufacturing operation near <strong>Kingston, Ontario</strong>. This on-site role is ideal for a finance leader who brings strong manufacturing experience and enjoys partnering with plant leadership to drive performance, improve visibility, and support operational decision-making.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p><p>·      Partnering with senior leaders and operating teams to provide financial insight that supports business decisions</p><p>·      Analyzing monthly financial results, explaining variances, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and cost management</p><p>·      Leading budgeting, forecasting, and mid-range planning activities</p><p>·      Building financial models and conducting analysis to evaluate trends, risks, and opportunities</p><p>·      Preparing journal entries and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records</p><p>·      Producing management reports and presentations that translate financial data into clear business insights</p><p>·      Maintaining strong financial controls and supporting compliance with internal policies and reporting requirements</p><p>·      Overseeing inventory and fixed asset accounting</p><p>·      Supporting health, safety, and environmental expectations across areas of responsibility</p><p><br></p>
