This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accounting professional who enjoys balancing client service, team leadership, and operational oversight within a dynamic public practice environment.</p><p>While we welcome applications from experienced accounting professionals, candidates with a CPA designation and a strong background in public practice will be particularly well aligned with the responsibilities of this role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals through coaching, performance management, and technical guidance.</li><li>Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the accounting team, ensuring client deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.</li><li>Review financial statements, working papers, and tax engagements prepared by staff.</li><li>Manage a portfolio of private-company clients across a variety of industries.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on accounting and business matters.</li><li>Assist Partners with practice management, workflow planning, resource allocation, and operational initiatives.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, efficiencies, and client service delivery.</li><li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.</li><li>Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives.</li></ul><p><br></p>
