<p>We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing IT services team in Edmonton, Alberta. This permanent opportunity is well suited to someone who wants to strengthen their experience across network, server, and end-user environments while working closely with experienced technical professionals. The role offers exposure to both on-premises and cloud-based systems, with opportunities to contribute to operational support and infrastructure improvement initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>� Deliver technical support for users, business applications, and core systems to help maintain reliable day-to-day operations.</p><p>� Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure components such as servers, switches, firewalls, and related network equipment.</p><p>� Assist with the deployment, setup, and troubleshooting of workstations and user devices across the organization.</p><p>� Monitor the health and performance of infrastructure systems, identify issues early, and escalate complex incidents when needed.</p><p>� Contribute to infrastructure initiatives such as upgrades, environment improvements, and migration-related tasks under the direction of senior engineers.</p><p>� Help assess existing environments and maintain clear technical documentation for systems, configurations, and support procedures.</p><p>� Support backup and recovery activities using tools such as Veeam to help protect business-critical data.</p><p>� Apply established operational standards and security practices when performing maintenance, support, and configuration work.</p>
