<p>Our client is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the agriculture sector. This remote Contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced program leader who can drive cross-functional programs, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs.</p><p>• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple teams.</p><p>• Define program scope, milestones, and success measures with key stakeholders.</p><p>• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve dependencies and resource constraints.</p><p>• Support workforce planning and hiring-related program initiatives.</p><p>• Facilitate stakeholder communication, decision-making, and alignment.</p><p>• Track program performance and provide updates to leadership.</p><p>• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across programs.</p>
