<p>Our client is looking for an experienced <strong>Pricing Analyst </strong>to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports accurate pricing data, item information, and compliance across customer and supplier programs while partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with pricing, purchasing, and ERP experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex data.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain purchase pricing rules to ensure accurate supplier costs, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.</li><li>Develop and manage pricing frameworks, customer pricing structures, contracts, vendor agreements, and promotional programs.</li><li>Configure customer and segment pricing to support contractual terms, taxes, environmental fees, and billing accuracy.</li><li>Maintain pricing records for markups, discounts, incentives, and special programs.</li><li>Coordinate new item setup, approvals, documentation, and customer cross-references.</li><li>Maintain item master data, including units of measure, product groups, and tax classifications, while supporting issue resolution.</li><li>Manage assortment controls, product restrictions, landed costs, taxes, and environmental charges by item and region.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement, sales, tax, finance, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and maintain pricing compliance.</li><li>Support vendor records, pricing updates, and system/process improvements.</li></ul>
