You will lead a small, high?performing team while overseeing ATS optimization, recruitment technology, internal mobility programs, talent pipelines, and campus recruitment.</p><p>This role works closely with HR leadership and plays a direct part in shaping the organization�s hiring strategy and future talent landscape.</p><p>What You�ll Do</p><p>� Implement AI?enabled sourcing and screening tools</p><p>� Improve recruitment workflows and hiring experience</p><p>� Lead full?cycle recruitment across corporate and operational roles</p><p>� Oversee ATS administration, reporting, and ERP connectivity</p><p>� Build internal mobility and succession?focused sourcing strategies</p><p>� Lead campus recruitment programs and partnerships</p><p>� Manage employer branding and talent marketing initiatives</p><p>� Use talent analytics to forecast needs and track KPIs</p><p>� Mentor and support a small TA team</p><p>� Partner with senior HR and business leaders</p>
