They are looking for a proactive go-getter who can support the teams and wants to progress in the company long term. The RoleReporting to the Service Operations Manager, this is a multi-faceted role where you will provide support across Administration, Purchasing and Office & Workshop Coordination. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.Within an office of 17 which will continue to expand, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skill set in a variety of areas and shape a career in an area that interests you most (e.g. Office Management, Purchasing, HR, etc.).They operate Monday-Friday, 38 hour week. It's a senior engineering leadership role, but not the kind where you sit in architecture reviews all day and occasionally drop into standups. You'll be close to the work. Working with the Head of Product, Lead Engineer, BAs and Solution Architects to figure out what gets shipped with what, what the dependencies are, how to sequence it, and what needs to be solved before the next release goes out the door. One foot in delivery. One foot in governance. Neither of them off the ground. You won't be cutting code, but you'll need to understand it well enough that the people who are, trust your instincts. The team will look to you to set the standard for quality, for how decisions get made, and for what good actually looks like.
