Skill set / Experience needed:<ul><li>Proven background working as a Business Analyst in the Superannuation domain or a regulated financial services environment</li><li>Project experience across strategy and/or transformation </li><li>Experience working with CxO level stakeholders to gather requirements re policy and governance changes</li><li>Experience conducting change impact assessments on policy and governance frameworks</li><li>Any experience on merger / de-merger projects would be beneficial</li><li>Strong knowledge of superannuation operations and regulatory obligations preferred, with industry qualifications (RG146 or equivalent) highly regarded</li><li>Excellent skills in stakeholder management and facilitating discussions across various levels of seniority</li><li>Collaborative and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders</li><li>Ability to balance detail-oriented analysis with delivery-focused project oversight</li><li>Ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity</li><li>Possess intermediate to advanced level skills, knowledge and experience in the practical application of Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to SQL, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.</li><li>A broad understanding of business and information technology including database management.</li></ul> This role will start as a 12 month fixed term contract.
