  • <p>We are looking for a commercially minded and technically capable Product Specialist to own and grow specific solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.</p><p>If you enjoy sitting at the intersection of product, sales, delivery and customer success - and want to be a go-to expert - this role is for you.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As the Product Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for two core solutions. You will combine deep technical understanding with strong stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery of industry-leading outcomes.</p><p>You'll work closely with the Product Manager to support product delivery, vendor relationships, reporting requirements and national go-to-market initiatives - while proactively driving adoption and revenue growth.</p><p>You will be the first point of contact for anything related to your allocated solutions, across both internal and external stakeholders.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain deep technical product expertise of scoped applications.</li><li>Present solutions to new and existing clients (remote and in-person).</li><li>Support pre-sales scoping, solution design and technical validation.</li><li>Assist with tenders, proposals and quote documentation.</li><li>Deliver product sales training and enable the MIT sales team. </li><li>Act as the first escalation point for product-related incidents.</li><li>Collaborate with technical team to investigate and resolve issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate support records and continuously improve support processes.</li><li>Ensure knowledgebase and documentation remain current.</li><li>Partner with Marketing to develop and maintain GTM materials including datasheets and customer-facing assets.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p><ul><li>Strong product expertise and relevant certifications maintained.</li><li>Positive customer feedback from engagements and onboarding.</li><li>Measurable licence growth and customer expansion.</li><li>Effective vendor partnerships delivering commercial advantage.</li><li>Accurate, up-to-date documentation and GTM materials.</li><li>High-quality, successful product implementations.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of ServiceNow (desired).</li><li>Commercially aware with the ability to support sales growth.</li><li>Confident presenter and communicator.</li><li>Structured and organised, with strong documentation skills.</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Delivery, Marketing and Operations.</li><li>Proactive, relationship-driven and outcomes-focused.</li></ul><p>Due to the nature of customer environments you will be partnering with candidates will need to be Australian Citizens and eligible for Baseline Security Clearance.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Why Join?</strong></p><p>You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and growing two strategic product lines within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
