You will be based in the heart of Melbourne CBD and have the opportunity to work with new technologies and interesting projects.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>The Role</strong><br /> <br /> This 3 month contract role is to initially assist with a Windows 11 deployment project. You will then be providing infrastructure systems administration as well as cloud administration across their M365 and Azure environments. You will be providing level 3 end user support, escalation support for the level 1 team and you will be monitoring, maintaining and administering the infrastructure environment. You will also assist in vendor work validation from an Azure cloud and security perspective.<br /> <br /> Although it isn't guaranteed, there may be an opportunity for you to convert to a permanent employee after the contract, or for your contract to be extended.<br /> <br /> Please only apply if you are available to start immediately.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>Your Skills & Experience</strong><br /> </p><ul><li>Relevant tertiary qualifications, including at least 5 years of IT systems administration experience, with at least 2 years in a cloud focused role.</li><li>Proficient in administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune endpoint management and Intune application packaging and deployment.</li><li>Windows 11 deployment experience.</li><li>Management of EntraID and on-prem Active Directory.</li><li>Experience managing Veeam backups.</li><li>Previous experience monitoring and maintaining Windows Server 2016-2022, Windows 10/11 endpoints and Azure Virtual Desktop.</li><li>Providing level 2/3 troubleshooting end user support.</li><li>Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Knowledge of implementing and monitoring security controls across Azure and on-prem infrastructure.</li><li>Strong understanding on cloud security principles and Azure Security Centre.</li><li>Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.</li></ul><p><br /> <br /> <strong>Your Profile</strong><br /> <br /> You are immediately available, a quick thinker, highly adaptable and you have a natural flair for solving problems.
