They are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and optimise their IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.</p><p>This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident operating at L3 level within complex infrastructure environments, particularly across IT/OT integration.</p><p>The Role</p><p>You will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Managing and maintaining VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, and Cisco environments</li><li>Supporting and maintaining isolated OT Active Directory domains</li><li>Troubleshooting and resolving complex configuration and infrastructure issues across IT and OT environments</li><li>Collaborating closely with OT Automation Engineers to support integration between IT systems and operational technologies</li><li>Ensuring stability, security, and performance across critical infrastructure platforms</li></ul><p>The Environment</p><ul><li>Microsoft Windows 10/11 environment</li><li>1-day WFH / 4 days on-site</li><li>38-hour full-time contract</li><li>Strong likelihood of extension</li></ul><p>About You</p><ul><li>5+ years' experience in an L3 Infrastructure / Support Engineer role</li><li>Strong troubleshooting capability across infrastructure and networking</li><li>Experience working within IT/OT environments highly regarded</li><li>Able to work on-site in Brisbane's western suburbs</li><li>Driver's licence and access to a vehicle required</li><li>Must be able to obtain a White Card</li></ul><p>If you're an experienced Infrastructure Engineer looking to step into a stable manufacturing environment with strong project exposure and long-term potential, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
