You will take ownership of complex portfolio analytics, valuations, budgeting, and forecasting while business partnering with stakeholders.</p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li>Deliver advanced portfolio analytics, valuations, and scenario modelling to support strategic decisions.</li><li>Build and maintain valuation cash flows</li><li>Prepare clear, insightful reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-financial teams.</li><li>Support rolling forecasts, budgets, and high-quality content for investor presentations and board papers.</li><li>Collaborate with asset managers and finance teams to refine assumptions and ensure model accuracy.</li><li>Respond to audit queries</li><li>Produce concise dashboards, management reports, and ad-hoc summaries that inform decision-making.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>3-7+ years' experience</li><li>Property experience desired but not essential.</li><li>Qualified Accountant.</li><li>Advanced financial modelling skills and strong Excel capability.</li><li>Proven ability to produce concise analytical commentary and high-quality presentations.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently under tight reporting timelines</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p><p>This is a <strong>full-time role, 4 days </strong>based in <strong>Melbourne CBD (postcode 3000)</strong>.
