As the FP&amp;A Manager, leading a team of three, you will sit within the core Finance leadership team and play a critical role in shaping the <strong>long-term financial sustainability and strategic direction</strong> of the organisation.</p><p>You will lead:</p><ul><li><strong>Whole-of-organisation budgeting and forecasting</strong> at executive and Board level</li><li><strong>Clinical or operational costing frameworks</strong> that directly influence funding, service delivery and investment decisions</li><li><strong>Financial modelling and governance for major projects</strong>, from concept through to business-as-usual</li><li><strong>Productivity, efficiency and sustainability initiatives</strong> to manage cost pressures and funding volatility</li></ul><p>You will connect, challenge and influence stakeholdes across all levels and areas of the business.This is a <strong>high-visibility role</strong> requiring sharp commercial judgement, political awareness, and the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable financial strategy.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>You are a commercially astute finance leader who thrives in purpose driven environments.
