Managed a three-stage global interview process:
Round 1: All six candidates interviewed by the Global COO in one intensive week.
Round 2: The top three advanced to interviews with the US Head of Technology as a peer evaluator.
Round 3: Final two candidates met with the CEO and Global COO for an in-depth discussion and cultural fit assessment over a working lunch.
3. Due diligence and offer facilitation
All final-stage candidates underwent psychometric assessments and rigorous third-party reference checks, including:

Directorship and supervisory checks
Academic credential verification
