Using our proprietary research intelligence, we mapped a targeted list of candidates across adjacent sectors and competitor organisations, focusing on those with relevant domain knowledge and the leadership maturity to step into the role without disruption.
Together with the client, we refined the candidate profile and ensured alignment at every stage. This process produced a shortlist of six candidates, each evaluated for their technical expertise, leadership capability, and cultural fit. All six progressed to first-round interviews with the founders. After thorough reference checks and financial due diligence, an offer was extended and accepted by a standout candidate, an executive who was already well-known to us through a prior client relationship.
