The sales assistant provides administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping drive efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. This role assists with order processing, maintains client records and coordinates communication between sales representatives and customers.Working closely with account managers and internal departments, the sales assistant ensures timely follow-up on inquiries, prepares sales documentation and supports day-to-day activities that keep the sales process running smoothly. This position plays a key role in enhancing the customer experience and supporting revenue growth.
