The provider relations specialist builds and maintains strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations and compliance with network standards. This role serves as the primary liaison between providers and the organization, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and supporting credentialing processes.Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the provider relations specialist monitors provider performance, communicates policy updates and assists with onboarding. This position plays a critical role in enhancing provider satisfaction and supporting organizational goals through effective relationship management.
