Order entry specialists are responsible for accurately processing customer orders and ensuring timely fulfillment. They serve as a critical link between sales, operations and customer service teams, helping maintain seamless and efficient order processing and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, strong data entry skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
