These professionals must have excellent problem-solving techniques, as they partner with IT colleagues to develop and implement new solutions to help optimize company processes, resulting in efficiencies and cost savings. A bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field is typically required. Additional technical requirements vary by position but often include multiple years of experience working closely with the employer’s preferred ERP solutions.
