The role also involves P&L variance analysis, standardizing reporting, and providing decision support for projects and initiatives. Working closely with accounting and controllership teams, the position ensures accurate and timely financial closing, implements effective controls, and drives market modeling, strategic business planning, and assessment of new business initiatives. Your ProfileThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, with proven exposure to SEA region. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and a certified accountant qualification is a plus. The role requires strong technical proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with experience in Macro, BPC, or SAP considered an advantage. Candidates should be collaborative, self-driven, problem-solving, and detail-oriented, with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines. Knowledge of US GAAP is preferred.
