Operating across multiple markets in Asia, they are seeking a Senior FP&amp;A Manager for Asia to support their sustainable growth and excellence in production and distribution</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting to the VP Finance, this is a strategic and hands-on role, partnering closely with business leaders to drive financial performance and support decision-making across diverse markets. You will lead a team and drive FP&amp;A activities, provide commercial insights, and ensure robust financial planning and analysis for the region.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Asia.</li><li>Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis to support commercial decisions.</li><li>Partner with business units across multiple markets (China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam) to optimize performance.</li><li>Oversee regional P&amp;L, balance sheet, and cash flow management.</li><li>Provide financial modeling and scenario planning for strategic initiatives.</li><li>Support treasury activities including cash management and FX exposure.</li><li>Drive process improvements and implement best practices in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Manage and develop a high-performing finance team.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:</p><ul><li>CA/CPA preferred</li><li>10+ years of experience in commercial finance, ideally within FMCG or CPG industries.</li><li>Strong FP&amp;A expertise with solid budgeting and forecasting experience.</li><li>Regional exposure and experience managing multiple SKUs across diverse markets.</li><li>Hands-on approach with ability to thrive in less structured environments.</li><li>Commercially savvy, forward-thinking, and resilient with strong critical thinking skills.</li><li>Experience in treasury and intermediate financial modeling.</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing teams.</li><li>Ideally exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Navision) and BI tools (Power BI)</li><li>Experience in vertically integrated businesses (sales, distribution, manufacturing) is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Join the team</span></strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to shape financial strategy for a growing regional business.</li><li>Dynamic and collaborative work environment.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p>Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>STE</strong><strong>11386976</strong>, by clicking the apply button.
