Finance Director (Start up - Personal Care / FMCG)

With a strong footprint in Asia, they are scaling fast and seeking a Finance Director to join their dynamic leadership team. The RoleIn this leadership role, you will manage a team and play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational excellence across multiple markets while ensuring robust financial governance and insight-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities include:<ul><li>Lead end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, and internal controls.</li><li>Oversee group consolidation and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting across all entities.</li><li>Drive FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and commercial insights.</li><li>Manage cashflow, treasury, banking relationships, and optimize working capital.</li><li>Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory requirements across markets.</li><li>Partner with founders on strategic finance initiatives, including market expansion and investment decisions.</li><li>Mentor and develop a regional finance team, fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement.</li></ul> Your ProfileAs the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:<ul><li>CPA/CA</li><li>10-15+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally in FMCG, consumer goods, or retail.</li><li>Proven track record in multi-entity operations, consolidation, and financial governance.</li><li>Strong FP&A and commercial finance expertise with deep understanding of pricing, trade spend, and margin analysis.</li><li>Prior experience in a high growth/start up environment will be ideal but not essential</li><li>Proficient with Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Microsoft NAV/Dynamics 365)</li><li>Proactive, energetic, hands-on, ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with complex challenges.</li></ul> Join the team<ul><li>Be part of a fast growing and innovative personal care business across Asia.</li><li>Collaborate with passionate leaders and make a tangible impact on millions of lives.</li></ul> Apply TodayPlease send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number STE12210343, by clicking the apply button.
