They are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead financial controllership and reporting functions while providing strategic support in FP&A for R&D and SG&A operating costs.The RoleIn this leadership role, you will manage a team of 15 finance professionals across Singapore and Malaysia, overseeing the full spectrum of financial controllership including US GAAP compliance, month-end close, and corporate reporting. While the primary focus will be on financial reporting and controllership, you will also support FP&A activities related to R&D and SG&A costs.
