With constant growth and business expansion plans, they are now partnering with us to look for a Regional Finance Controller as a key finance leader to support the SEA market and working as a strong business partner with senior stakeholders.<br /><br /></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting to Regional Finance Director, you will be playing a key role leading the SEA regional finance team in the area of statutory reporting, FP&amp;A, tax and payroll. You will also be acting as a key finance business partner working with regional senior stakeholders in terms of executive level financial presentation and business presentation, advising on pricing strategy and competitor analysis. Last but not least, you will be exposed to integration and migration projects when business acquires new business.<br /><br /></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>To be a successful candidate, you must have</p><ul><li>Degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance.</li><li>ACCA/CPA certification is an additional bonus.</li><li>Minimum 15-20 years of accounting and reporting exposure (prior Big 4 exposure is a plus).</li><li>Experience with professional service/consulting/legal industry is highly preferred.</li><li>Extensive experience in FP&amp;A and business partnering is crucial to succeed in this role</li><li>Demonstrate effective communication skills and interpersonal skills to liaise with international stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />Apply Today</span></strong></p>Please send your resume in WORD format only by clicking the apply button.
