As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the finance team and oversee financial strategy, governance, and performance across the fast-evolving business.<br /><br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About the Role</span><br /><br /></strong></div><div>Reporting to MD and board of directors, you will play a crucial part in shaping financial operations, supporting business expansion, and strengthening our presence across the Asia markets including China. This position will lead the financial strategy, long-term planning, and capital allocation to support business growth and operational excellence. Also, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with SGX listing rules and statutory reporting requirements. Oversee accurate and timely quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statement preparation.
