This role will work closely across Investment, Risk, Legal and HR teams, and report into a Finance Manager.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>This role is responsible for fund accounting and reporting of global funds, with responsibilities not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Review the work of external Fund Administrators.</li><li>Prepare quarterly LP reports and the full set of accounts for the Funds and its SPVs.</li><li>Review Funds' NAVs, LP allocations, Carried Interest, and IRR calculations.</li><li>Review capital calls and distributions notices.</li><li>Monitor the Funds' and Investments' performance.</li><li>Handle any Investor queries on the Funds.</li><li>Work with Investment Team on deal structuring, funding and final closing.</li><li>Assist with audit, tax, and MAS regulatory filings as needed</li></ul><p>Work arrangement: 1 day WFH, central Singapore</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.</li><li>CPA/CA/ACCA qualification preferred but not a must-have.</li><li>5 years of experience in Private Equity fund accounting.</li><li>Technically competent, diligent, and high level of integrity.</li><li>Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English fluency.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p>Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>SS13343939</strong>, by clicking the apply button.
