<p><strong>Client Profile<br /></strong><br />This position is with a strategic subsidiary of a major corporate group, currently undergoing organizational restructuring and strengthening its HR foundation. We are seeking a core HR member who will support the company's growth and transformation initiatives.</p><p><strong>The Role<br /></strong><br />In this role, you will be seconded from the parent company to lead the development of the HR infrastructure at the local entity. You will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, from designing HR systems and structures to building operational processes and revising recruitment and training frameworks.
