Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end mobilisation and transfer of a healthcare service into the existing business.</li><li>Deliver a safe, controlled transition across customers, workforce, systems, processes and operations.</li><li>Build and manage the overall integration plan, including key milestones, risks, dependencies and success measures.</li><li>Work closely with operations, HR, finance, quality, safeguarding, commercial and marketing teams to ensure a joined-up transition.</li><li>Support the transfer and integration of employees, working alongside specialist HR and TUPE support.</li><li>Develop a commercially viable operating model, including cost base, pricing assumptions, margin delivery and long-term scalability.</li><li>Review how customers and service delivery should be allocated across the existing branch or regional structure.</li><li>Design the target operating model for the service once mobilisation is complete.</li><li>Establish clear reporting to the executive team and board, including KPIs, risk management and progress updates.</li><li>Ensure the transition is delivered without compromising quality, safety, customer experience or regulatory standards.</li></ul> What we're looking for<ul><li>A senior interim transformation or integration leader with experience in complex service environments.</li><li>Strong background in healthcare, social care, regulated services or another people-led, multi-site environment.</li><li>Proven experience leading acquisitions, service transfers, contract mobilisations, integrations or operational transformation programmes.</li><li>Commercially strong, with the ability to build robust operating models and understand pricing, cost structures and margin delivery.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams including operations, HR, finance, quality, compliance and commercial leadership.</li><li>Comfortable operating at pace, dealing with ambiguity and reporting directly into senior leadership.</li><li>Exposure to regulated environments would be highly desirable, particularly healthcare or care-related services.</li><li>Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.</li></ul>If you have led complex integrations programmes within healthcare or a similarly regulated environment, please apply now or get in touch for a confidential conversation.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions. Robert Half Technology are assisting a leading telecommunications business to recruit a Senior Data Platform Engineer on a contract basis. Hybrid working - 2 days on-site in Hampshire every other week.Role* The Senior Data Platform Engineer will take ownership of the end-to-end production data platform, including ingestion, orchestration, infrastructure, and observability. * Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines across CRM, ERP, and billing systems. * Lead platform readiness activities ahead of a critical NetSuite cutover and provide support during hypercare phases. * Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce / Ability (CRM), NetSuite / Sage X3 (ERP), and Billing / BSS platforms. * Implement and manage Reverse ETL workflows using Hightouch. * Manage supplier data ingestion through SFTP and cloud-based services. * Ensure strong monitoring, alerting, platform reliability, and operational excellence. * Take ownership of a core engineering workstream and drive delivery through to completion. * Produce high-quality technical documentation and support BAU handover activities. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and project teams to deliver key programme objectives.Profile* The Senior Data Platform Engineer will have 8+ years of Data Engineering experience within complex enterprise environments. * Strong experience with cloud data warehouse technologies, ideally BigQuery, although Snowflake and Redshift experience will also be considered. * Hands-on experience with GCP technologies including BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer, and Cloud Functions. * Strong Python development experience alongside modern data integration tools such as Fivetran. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD tooling, including Terraform and GitHub Actions. * Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tooling such as Cloud Monitoring and PagerDuty. * Proven experience integrating CRM, ERP, and Billing/BSS systems. * Experience delivering critical cutover and hypercare phases within large-scale transformation programmes is essential. * Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor and own key technical workstreams. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Company* Leading telecommunications business undergoing a major data transformation programme. * Opportunity to play a key role in delivering a production-ready data platform ahead of a critical business systems transformation. * Hybrid working model with 2 days on-site in Hampshire every other week.Salary & BenefitsThe salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
