Reporting directly to the outsourced Finance Director (FD), this is a hands-on, top-to-bottom role, where you will oversee the full finance function and play a key part in shaping the financial processes and strategy of the business.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.</li><li>Establish and optimise financial systems, controls, and processes to support ongoing business growth.</li><li>Partner with the FD and leadership team to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations for decision-making.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and prepare financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>ACA-qualified professional (or equivalent) with 2+ year's industry experience. </li><li>Experience working in SMEs or start-ups preferred</li><li>Strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.</li><li>Self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills, comfortable building processes in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Degree in Accountancy or similar preferred</li></ul><p>This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact at an innovative tech startup-perfect for someone ready to shape the financial future of a pioneering company in the satellite space.</p><p> </p><p>The base salary for this role is <strong>£75,000-£85,000 DOE</strong> with further benefits. </p><p>We operate a hybrid culture in Central London. </p><p>Please note we do not offer sponsorship opportunities. </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
