Robert Half are working with a client recruiting for an ERP Manager within Lincolnshire<h3 id="key-responsibilities">Key responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own the performance, support and roadmap of core business systems, including ERP, warehouse scanning, route planning, mailing solutions, SharePoint and related platforms.</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to improve workflows, system adoption and business outcomes.</li><li>Ensure appropriate business continuity, disaster recovery, security and regulatory compliance across business systems.</li><li>Oversee warehouse systems and handheld scanning solutions to support accurate stock and operational processes across sites.</li><li>Manage suppliers, contracts, licences, SLAs and escalations to ensure quality, value and timely resolution.</li><li>Monitor business systems support tickets and ensure effective service delivery.</li><li>Work closely with infrastructure and support teams to deliver a joined-up IT service and one-team approach.</li></ul><h3 id="key-requirements">Key requirements</h3><ul><li>Experience managing ERP and wider business systems in a complex operational environment.</li><li>Experience managing system integrations, customisations and third-party vendors.</li><li>Good understanding of change control, release management, service delivery and compliance.</li><li>Experience supporting warehouse-related systems and operational business processes.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in a business-partnering capacity.</li></ul>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
