This is a full-time permanent position that will be office based, offering a salary between £27,000 - £30,000 plus hybrid working and excellent benefits. </p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p> </p><p>The main duties of the Payroll Administrator will consist of the following:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Processing the weekly and monthly payroll.</li><li>Processing and reconciling pension contributions.</li><li>Processing starters and leavers.</li><li>Processing P45's and P60's.</li><li>Liaising with employees and pension providers, dealing with queries. </li><li>Calculating sick pay.</li><li>Working closely with the Payroll Supervisor and support with adhoc tasks and requests. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p> </p><p>To be considered for the Payroll Administrator role, you must ideally possess the following skills/attributes: </p><p> </p><ul><li>Must have experience in payroll processing </li><li>Highly organised</li><li>Strong work ethic</li><li>Good team player</li><li>Excellent attention to detail </li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Competent user of Excel </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>£27,000 - £30,000 annual salary </li><li>Hybrid working; 2 days from home, 3 days in the office</li><li>25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) </li><li>Pension scheme </li><li>Private health care </li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Excellent office facilities </li><li>Annual staff events</li></ul><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
