Ideally looking for someone who as done a similar role for a small business, having touched all areas of finance and can work of there own initiative. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for people who truly value and reward hard work, creating opportunity from potential.</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><ul><li data-end="232" data-start="152"><p data-end="232" data-start="154">Full ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple property portfolios</p></li><li data-start="233" data-end="328"><p data-start="235" data-end="328">Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&amp;L and balance sheet reconciliations</p></li><li data-start="329" data-end="403"><p data-start="331" data-end="403">Handling all aspects of accounts payable/receivable and tenant billing</p></li><li data-end="444" data-start="404"><p data-end="444" data-start="406">Preparing and submitting VAT returns</p></li><li data-start="445" data-end="504"><p data-end="504" data-start="447">Managing bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting</p></li><li data-start="505" data-end="569"><p data-end="569" data-start="507">Supporting budget preparation and monitoring against actuals</p></li><li data-end="631" data-start="570"><p data-end="631" data-start="572">Liaising with external accountants for year-end reporting</p></li><li data-start="632" data-end="719"><p data-start="634" data-end="719">Overseeing rent roll, service charge reconciliations, and client account compliance</p></li><li data-end="806" data-start="720"><p data-start="722" data-end="806">Ensuring financial processes align with property and client reporting requirements</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirement</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role</li><li>Experience and understanding using Xero</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
