<p><strong>Assistant Financial Controller | Bath | Hospitality</strong><br /><strong>£35,000 - £42,000</strong><br /><br />We're working with an established hospitality business in Bath that is looking to recruit an Assistant Financial Controller to join its growing finance team.<br /><br />This is a great opportunity for someone with previous finance or accounts experience who enjoys a hands-on role, working closely with operational teams and getting involved in a variety of finance activities.<br /><br /><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p><p>▪️ Completing daily revenue, cash and credit card reconciliations<br />▪️ Investigating discrepancies and reviewing financial transactions<br />▪️ Supporting credit control and chasing outstanding debt<br />▪️ Processing supplier invoices and payment runs<br />▪️ Maintaining financial trackers, sales forecasts and performance reports<br />▪️ Supporting month-end processes and providing financial analysis<br />▪️ Working closely with operational managers to support business performance</p><p><br /><strong>What are we looking for?</strong></p><p>▪️ Previous experience in an accounts or finance role<br />▪️ Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail<br />▪️ Good understanding of reconciliations and financial processes<br />▪️ Organised, proactive and comfortable working to deadlines<br />▪️ Hospitality experience would be advantageous, but isn't essential</p><p><br /><strong>What's on offer?</strong></p><ul><li>A varied, hands-on finance role within an established hospitality business</li><li>Opportunities for learning and career development</li><li>Generous hotel discounts and complimentary stays</li><li>Well being benefits and enhanced family leave</li></ul><p><br />Interested, or know someone who might be?
