We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This position involves working remotely, supporting financial operations, and ensuring accurate reporting and smooth processing of accounts payable. Responsibilities: • Accurately review, code, and process invoices in compliance with company standards. • Manage accounts payable tasks, including uploading and submitting approvals. • Monitor invoice statuses using accounting software and address discrepancies as needed. • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient financial operations. • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and vendors, delivering high-quality service. • Utilize JD Edwards and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. • Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports for various accounts and properties. • Apply fundamental cash and accrual accounting principles to financial processes. • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or accounting. • Proficiency in JD Edwards or similar accounting software systems. • Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with accounts payable processes and invoice coding. • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to handle vendor and client inquiries professionally and effectively. • Solid understanding of accrual and cash accounting principles.
