This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety in their day and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across HR, marketing, and office administration.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>HR Support: Assist with onboarding and training new hires, maintain employee records, track time off, and support general HR processes.</li><li>Marketing Support: Manage the firm’s social media presence, update website content, and coordinate with photographers and other external service providers.</li><li>Office Administration: Handle ad hoc administrative duties including managing couriers, ordering office supplies, and supporting day-to-day office operations.</li><li>Reception Coverage: Provide vacation coverage for the receptionist when needed.</li></ul><p><br></p>
