Nous recherchons un analyste planification financière et budget pour rejoindre une exploitation minière la région Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Ce mandat demandera de voyager à chaque 5 ou 6 semaines 3 à 5 jours sur place (toutes dépenses payés) et le reste du temps est en télétravail 100%. Responsabilités :• Diriger la planification budgétaire du site en coordonnant les échéanciers, les données financières et les contributions des équipes opérationnelles.• Préparer et mettre à jour les prévisions financières en collaboration avec la direction générale et le gestionnaire des finances de la mine.• Analyser les résultats financiers et opérationnels afin de mesurer les écarts, dégager les tendances et soutenir la prise de décision.• Mettre en place et faire évoluer des indicateurs de performance ainsi que des tableaux de bord adaptés aux besoins de gestion.• Structurer et améliorer les rapports FP& A afin d’offrir une lecture claire et utile de la performance du site.• Contribuer à l’optimisation des processus et procédures liés à la planification financière, au suivi budgétaire et à la production de rapports.• Appuyer les activités de clôture de fin d’exercice en assurant l’exactitude des analyses et la disponibilité de l’information financière pertinente. This position will require travel every 5 to 6 weeks, with 3 to 5 days on-site (all expenses paid) and the remainder of the time working remotely. Responsibilities:• Lead budget planning (coordinating timelines, financial data, and input from operational teams).• Prepare/update financial forecasts with senior management and the mine's finance manager.• Analyze financial and operational results to support decision-making.• Implement performance indicators and dashboards tailored to management needs.• Structure and improve FP& A reports to provide an overview of site performance.• Contribute to the optimization of procedures related to financial planning, budget monitoring, and reporting.• Support year-end closing activities (ensuring accuracy of analyses and availability of financial information).

Nous recherchons un ANALYSTE FINANCIER pour rejoindre une exploitation minière la région Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Ce mandat demandera de voyager à chaque 5 ou 6 semaines 3 à 5 jours sur place (toutes dépenses payés) et le reste du temps est en télétravail 100%. Vous allez relever du contrôleur de la mine. Responsabilités:• Examiner les résultats financiers du site minier afin d’identifier les écarts, les tendances et les enjeux ayant un impact sur la performance.• Produire des analyses de variance et de coûts pour soutenir la compréhension des résultats mensuels et recommander des pistes d’amélioration.• Participer activement aux clôtures de fin de mois et de fin d’exercice en assurant l’exactitude des données financières et le respect des échéanciers.• Contribuer au processus budgétaire en collaborant avec les équipes opérationnelles pour consolider l’information et appuyer la planification financière.• Préparer des indicateurs de performance, des tableaux de bord opérationnels et d’autres rapports de gestion destinés aux parties prenantes.• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables des différents services de la mine afin de répondre aux besoins d’analyse et de suivi financier.• Utiliser SAP S4HANA et Excel avancé pour extraire, structurer et interpréter l’information financière nécessaire aux analyses.• Soutenir, au besoin, certaines activités liées à l’évolution des outils ou des processus financiers dans le cadre des priorités du site..
