- <p>Nous recherchons un <strong><u>ANALYSTE FINANCIER</u></strong> pour rejoindre une exploitation minière la région Abitibi-Témiscamingue. Ce mandat demandera de voyager à chaque 5 ou 6 semaines 3 à 5 jours sur place (toutes dépenses payés) et le reste du temps est en télétravail 100%. Vous allez relever du contrôleur de la mine.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Responsabilités:</u></strong></p><p>• Examiner les résultats financiers du site minier afin d’identifier les écarts, les tendances et les enjeux ayant un impact sur la performance.</p><p>• Produire des analyses de variance et de coûts pour soutenir la compréhension des résultats mensuels et recommander des pistes d’amélioration.</p><p>• Participer activement aux clôtures de fin de mois et de fin d’exercice en assurant l’exactitude des données financières et le respect des échéanciers.</p><p>• Contribuer au processus budgétaire en collaborant avec les équipes opérationnelles pour consolider l’information et appuyer la planification financière.</p><p>• Préparer des indicateurs de performance, des tableaux de bord opérationnels et d’autres rapports de gestion destinés aux parties prenantes.</p><p>• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les responsables des différents services de la mine afin de répondre aux besoins d’analyse et de suivi financier.</p><p>• Utiliser SAP S4HANA et Excel avancé pour extraire, structurer et interpréter l’information financière nécessaire aux analyses.</p><p>• Soutenir, au besoin, certaines activités liées à l’évolution des outils ou des processus financiers dans le cadre des priorités du site..</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>FINANCIAL ANALYST</strong> to join a mining operation in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region. This position will require travel every 5 to 6 weeks, with 3 to 5 days on-site (all expenses paid), and the remainder of the time will be 100% remote work. You will report to the mine controller.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>• Review the mine site's financial results to identify variances, trends, and issues impacting performance.</p><p>• Produce variance and cost analyses to support the understanding of monthly results and recommend areas for improvement.</p><p>• Actively participate in month-end and year-end closings, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and adherence to deadlines.</p><p>• Contribute to the budgeting process by collaborating with operational teams to consolidate information and support financial planning.</p><p>• Prepare performance indicators, operational dashboards, and other management reports for stakeholders.</p><p>• Work closely with managers from various mine departments to meet financial analysis and monitoring needs.</p><p>• Use SAP S4HANA and advanced Excel skills to extract, structure, and interpret financial information for analysis.</p><p>• Support, as needed, activities related to the evolution of financial tools or processes within the framework of site priorities.</p>
