The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful work within a not-for-profit environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.</p><p>• Assist with the onboarding process by preparing employment offers, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.</p><p>• Oversee volunteer registration processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and requirements.</p><p>• Provide administrative support to HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR systems.</p><p>• Coordinate and track employee training programs to ensure compliance and skill development.</p><p>• Process payroll and benefits administration tasks using ADP Workforce Now and/or Dayforce systems.</p><p>• Support the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures.</p><p>• Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment of HR initiatives.</p>
