This role oversees daily office operations in a fast-paced motor retail environment and the ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient with accounting software, and thrives under pressure.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage job intake and progress via AppSheet and RingCentral.</li><li>Prepare quotes, updates, and pricing responses; coordinate pickups.</li><li>Handle invoicing and payments (Zoho Books, Sage 50).</li><li>Oversee accounts receivable/payable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.</li><li>Perform bank and credit card reconciliations across entities.</li><li>Coordinate purchasing, parts orders, ETAs, and courier services.</li><li>Maintain SOPs, organize files, and ensure smooth office operations.</li><li>Provide calm, detail-oriented front desk support.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to support administrative tasks.</li></ul>
