<p>Our client based out of Delta is looking to hire an HR Generalist with payroll and benefits experience for their growing organization. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Generalist will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, partnering with management to improve employee experience, maintain compliance with employment laws, and drive operational growth.</p><p><br></p><p>The HR Generalist will be responsible for:</p><p><br></p><p>• Administering payroll and benefits (BC and US subsidiary), handles timesheets, vacation accruals, government filings, RRSP contributions, and 401(k)/QSEHRA.</p><p>• Providing HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, and fosters a respectful, high-performing culture.</p><p>• Managing full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, enhances strategies, builds partnerships with agencies/universities, and supports onboarding.</p><p>• Managing terminations/offboarding, including documentation, severance, payroll adjustments, exit interviews, and system access changes.</p><p>• Supporting HR operations, including training, policy development, compliance (BC & US), employment documentation, recordkeeping, and process improvement; provides backup for travel/visa/PR applications.</p>
