This role provides leadership to production supervisors and cross-functional teams while driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing principles, data-driven decision-making, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with Sr. Leadership to develop operational strategies, improve plant performance, maximize resource utilization, and support long-term growth.
