<p>Our Abbotsford client, a growing and expanding group of companies is hiring a hands on Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the the CEO, the Human Resources Manager will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, while collaborating with leadership to drive culture, strategy, and organizational transformation. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, performance management, policy and systems development, compliance, training, supervision of one payroll and benefits administrator and employee relations.
