You will ensure that the IAP meets their operational, governance and risk management organizational goals. Your direct reporting lines include the Board, CFO, and Chair of the Committee. This organization is poised for significant growth and this role will have a key role to play in the next level of success.</p><p><br></p><p>The Manager, Commercial Credit will be responsible for enhancing credit policy, procedures and processes from origination to approval as well as the management of the quality of the portfolio, approving and rejecting loans on sound credit principals, credit structuring, ensuring appropriate security, monitoring covenants and reporting to the Executive Team and the Board.
