This role offers the opportunity to oversee a complex, multi-jurisdictional payroll and benefits portfolio while working closely with HR and Finance leaders to support a diverse workforce.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing full-cycle payroll for approximately 300 employees across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Washington, and California—covering both hourly and salaried, union and non-union groups.
