The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical expertise and strong technical skills to support project accounting and deliver meaningful insights to drive operational efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare detailed financial reports to monitor project performance, including equipment and asset lifecycle analyses.</p><p>• Conduct cost analysis and evaluate spending against project budgets to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.</p><p>• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables, to compile and analyze data for revenue reporting.</p><p>• Review labour, equipment, and material sheets to verify accuracy prior to project billing.</p><p>• Collaborate with operations teams to compile internal project performance metrics and financial projections.</p><p>• Support the maintenance of project-related financial documentation and asset depreciation calculations.</p><p>• Assist in verifying time and material, lump sum, and unit rate reports for project validation.</p><p>• Generate progress reports and revenue summaries by consolidating information from project teams.</p><p>• Provide timely and accurate insights to address frequent reporting demands and enhance decision-making processes.</p><p>• Adapt to evolving processes and contribute to streamlining reporting workflows as the company continues to grow.</p>
