Reporting to an Accounting Manager, the Commercial Property Accountant will be responsible for a portfolio with a mix of commercial, retail and office building properties. Specific responsibilities will include the preparation of annual CAM, recoveries, account reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting.</p>
