- <p>Our client in the Healthcare industry in Toronto is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead for a 1 year contract. The Digital Marketing Lead will be working a hybrid model in the offices located in the East-end of Toronto. </p><p><br></p><p>The Digital Marketing Lead will be developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, event promotion, donor or patient engagement, and revenue growth within the health sector. </p><p><br></p><p>This role is responsible for managing paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, with a focus on campaign performance, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and return on investment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities: </p><ul><li>Oversee campaign execution across Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, and YouTube, while monitoring budgets, pacing, creative performance, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and prospecting strategies. </li><li>Analyzing campaign and website performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad platform dashboards, and conversion tracking tools to deliver regular reports and actionable insights that improve attribution, user experience, and overall marketing effectiveness.</li><li>Support website updates, landing pages, SEO/SEM initiatives, quality assurance checks, and conversion-focused digital content. </li><li>Contribute to email marketing and CRM activity through audience segmentation, nurture journeys, and campaign reporting, while partnering with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external agencies to deliver integrated digital campaigns and bring forward innovative ideas that strengthen digital presence and results.</li></ul>
